Aventureros: Ages 9–12 | Beginner/Intermediate
This class introduces foundational Spanish for upper elementary students.
Over 12 weeks, we’ll focus on:
Describing family, friends, food, and fun activities using “gustar” and simple verbs
Learning places in the city and giving directions
Talking about the weather, nature, and environmental care
Writing short paragraphs and creating illustrated stories
Participating in games, songs, and short skits to build confidence
Students will finish the program with real vocabulary they can use daily.
Aventureros Plus: Ages 9–12 – Advanced/Heritage
For bilingual or dual immersion students, this class offers full Spanish instruction and deeper practice.
In 12 weeks, we will:
Write paragraphs and stories with transitions and creativity
Act out restaurant scenes, travel situations, and future dreams
Research and present cultural topics from the Spanish-speaking world
Use imperatives, reflexive verbs, and comparisons in writing and speech
Practice skits, presentations, and create group projects
This is a high-engagement space for fluent speakers to grow their academic and expressive Spanish.
